Nina Haggerty Centre’s 15th Anniversary
Fifteen years ago the Nina started with just a handful of artists in a small studio space on 97 street. Today the centre serves over 200 artists with developmental disabilities and has a large facility with a gallery and Studios on 118th avenue and is looking forward to taking over additional studio space in the new Orange Hub in April to accommodate artists.
Last Thursday, February 8th Mayor Don Iverson many other enthusiastic Edmontonians, and the PCS Team celebrated Ken Hayward. Ken has been selected as the 4th annual Stantec Artist of the Year and the opening for his stunning exhibit was also the Nina Haggerty Centre’s 15th anniversary.
