Here’s Nina! show was a tremendous success!
On November 2, 2016, two Preferred Client Services staff members and eight of its guests were honoured to attend the “Here’s Nina” show by The Nina Haggerty Centre for the Arts. A fantastic variety show, presented by CTV’s Josh Classen and the local celebrity Sheri Somerville, with amazing performances from renowned artists, the recognition of talented artists, and a delicious dinner, made this glamorous night a memory to keep.
This event raised over $150 000, with a net operating income of over $63 000 that will enable The Nina to continue with all their programs to provide support to local artists with developmental disabilities. Preferred Client Services Group, as one of the proud patrons of this institution, renewed its sponsorship to one of the artists for one more year.
The Nina facility includes 7,500 square feet of studio, gallery, and art preparation space where artists create original art by painting, drawing, dancing, molding clay, printing or exploring other types of artistic expression.
