Team Bios

Natalia Panchenko earned her Specialist’s Diploma: Accounting and Audit in 2016. Working first as an economist and then as a pricing department engineer for a shipyard, statistics and analysis were key components of her jobs.

“It isn’t just working with numbers, it’s to know what the numbers mean.”

Looking for more opportunities for their daughter, Natalia and her family moved from Ukraine in 2022. Enrolled in Links for Success, she was a volunteer bookkeeper before being hired by PCS in April 2024.

“My grandmother was an accountant - I am following in her footsteps.” Natalia finds a kind of magic in converting numbers to useful reports. An enthusiastic learner, she enjoys the variety of daily tasks and files. Her co-workers are always there with support and encouragement.

When not playing with her daughter, Natalia is a paddle board and cycling enthusiast.
