Numbers have always made sense to Cindy Prodan. To pursue that career path after high school, she completed three years of the CGA program in Edmonton before moving to Lethbridge and earning her Business Admin – Accounting Certificate from Lethbridge College.
With over 23 years of experience, Cindy has worked in the field of accounting not only as an office manager and a controller but as a small business owner with a variety of bookkeeping clients.
In her last position, she ran the office for her employer who relied on and trusted her to complete the many tasks required for the success of the business. “There was a large variety of things to accomplish in a day, so I got very good at multi-tasking.”
As part of her accounting experience, Cindy is skilled at analyzing client files – what is working and where gaps or inconsistencies are. “I like the orderliness of numbers,” says Cindy. “They either add up or they don’t.” She likes to make lists so she can systematically work toward the required results.
Cindy is enjoying being part of the team at PCS. “Everyone is friendly, helpful, and very patient.”
At home, spending time with family is a priority. She enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, kayaking, and gardening. Cindy recently re-discovered her passion for playing the piano. A qualified piano teacher, she now plays for enjoyment.
